Our Story

In 1996, inspired by the motto “If not us, who? If not now, when?” — and guided by years of community and ministry service — Marvin and Karla founded Fired-Up! with a clear mission: to meet the needs of people through faith and servant leadership.

Born from their passion to make a lasting difference, Fired-Up! became a movement devoted to developing and empowering servant leaders who serve the greater good while living life to the fullest through Christ-centered leadership.

Through dynamic gatherings, both small and large, Fired-Up! fosters innovative and practical learning environments that inspire growth and meaningful dialogue. These spaces encourage individuals to explore ideas freely, listen deeply, and seek truth together.

Fired-Up! thrives as a living, ever-evolving body of believers following Jesus by learning and living the Word of God. At its core is the conviction that the Church is not confined to a building but exists wherever believers gather — nurturing relationships first with Jesus and then with one another, reflecting The Fellowship of Believers (Acts 2:42–47).

Fired-Up!’s small and large group gatherings provide innovative and practical learning environments that promote exponential growth and cultivate shared dialogue. These spaces encourage individuals to freely and creatively explore ideas, listen deeply to one another, and seek the truth together.

Fired-Up! functions as a fluid, ever-evolving organism that follows Jesus by learning and living the Word of God. Central to its mission is the understanding that the church is not confined to a building but exists wherever believers gather. The most important relationships are first with Jesus, then with fellow believers (Acts 2:42-47) — The Fellowship of Believers.

Serving others prepares you to lead others.
