Mission

The Fired-Up! Mission is People who are on a mission – “The Great Co-Mission” (Matthew 28:18-20).

VISION

Develop and empower leaders to live life to the fullest by leading — true servanthood leadership that bridges the gaps in the body of Christ, while equipping the Believer for the warfare of the 21st century… one person at a time, one family at a time, one community at a time!

HISTORY

In 1996, while living the motto “If Not Us, Who? If Not Now, When?” — and with insight gained from years of serving communities and ministries — Marvin and Karla founded Fired-Up! with a clear mission: to meet the needs of people. Fueled by their passion, Fired-Up! was created as a movement dedicated to developing and empowering servant leaders who prioritize serving the greater good while living life to the fullest by leading.

Fired-Up!’s small and large group gatherings provide innovative and practical learning environments that promote exponential growth and cultivate shared dialogue. These spaces encourage individuals to freely and creatively explore ideas, listen deeply to one another, and seek the truth together.

Fired-Up! functions as a fluid, ever-evolving organism that follows Jesus by learning and living the Word of God. Central to its mission is the understanding that the church is not confined to a building but exists wherever believers gather. The most important relationships are first with Jesus, then with fellow believers (Acts 2:42-47) — The Fellowship of Believers.
